Hellreach
- Year 10 000 B.Z.
Aymon begins the creation of Aymenia, beginning with the structure and environment of the world. They create a few different sections that later become the regions, and infuse different parts of the world with different types of magic. They then created inhabitants for the world in the form of creatures and people, setting them free to roam the world and let it evolve on its own.
- Year 2 000 B.Z.
The world is in a constant state of development as the creatures learn to navigate the world and form their own opinions based on their experiences, slowly growing more and more intelligent. Creatures and people can be born with a natural access to magic, as well as others being able to draw out the magic naturally found in the world - certain individuals growing a lot stronger than others, though one particular person caught Aymons attention as they one day sensed something having gone amiss.
It was a child that had been born with a strange power of destruction, able to entirely draw out the life of world around them. Though initially seeing the ability as a threat to the world and with the intent to exterminate the child, Aymon couldn't shake off the feeling that perhaps this was exactly what their world needed - a sense of danger.
Instead of following through with their initial plan, Aymon took the child with them and kept them as their right hand of advice for the development of Aymenia.
These destructional powers slowly get implemented to the world as the concept of life and death is established, letting new lifeforms take form on their own without the direct creation of Aymon, as well as their lifeforms slowly growing weaker over time until they wither away.
- Year 0
Aymenia has been carefully designed to be able to go on without the direct involvement of Aymon and their now godly assisstant, which they named Zeno. To still keep a sense of control of the world, Aymon created six Aymenian gods to each rule over one of the regions, shaped to be a less powerful version of themselves and with specific powers relevant to their given location. On the main land of Aymenia, you'd find the five regions that would later be known as Isakra, Springwoods, Suncrest, Nightwatch and Nimath. Deep within the mountains, far underneath the overworld of Aymenia, a kingdom was built within the mountains as the passageway from life to death. This region is now known as Hellreach, and the god for this region was infused with Zeno's power of destruction. From here on, the two gods Aymon and Zeno are very distant from the world of Aymenia and its development, letting the Aymenian gods guide the inhabitants of the world on how to progress.
As the concept of death has been implemented, most people find themselves eager to make use of their limited time, driving them to be more individual and goal-driven. Communities start forming within the different regions between like-minded people, and people start to shape Aymenia into something of a home, cooperation becoming a vital part of life due to people's natural ability to be more specialized in certain things. People and creatures slowly spread out over the world, going to locations previously uninhabited.
- Year 2 000
Three new regions have been established, and the people-chosen leaders were ascended into Aymenian gods to watch over them. Two of the three new gods having initially been a direct part of their community, are more actively involved in the daily life of their people compared to the Gods created by Aymon. The new regions are Mirol, dedicated to making a living on the floating islands, Mistpeak, centered around a unique bond created with the dragons living in the mountains, and Crownhawk, a region built up to be entirely devoid of magic in the otherwise fully magical world.
- Year 6 000
Suncrest has strayed from their originally intended purpose and left behind their goddess created by Aymon. She instead becomes the god of a newformed region, Erylion, who has become what Suncrest was believed to be. A new man-chosen god of Suncrest named Arlen is ascended. Additionally, a region called Alonari is formed, dedicated to the study of the world outside of Aymenia.
- Year 10 000
After tension forming between certain regions with varying opinions, a mage from Isakra wanting to take over Nimath to extend their land becomes the last drop after many disagreements. This sets off a war between the two regions, which is quickly followed by Suncrest and Crownhawk fully opening fire against each other as well. The individual wars evolve into a multi-regional war between Nimath and Crownhawk against Isakra, Suncrest and Mirol - with Springwoods caught in the middle, though never officially on either side. The relatively small and newer region Alonari ends up being destroyed during the multi-regional wars, and not much of it is known anymore. After almost 200 years of war, the regions finally agree to a ceasefire after coming to the conclusion that neither side will give up, and the world slowly starts recovering from the damage that's been done.
- Year 20 000
The cult of chaos has the small region Deadrin established, their leader Itham ascended into an Aymenian god. Tension between the underwater population and the people living on the islands in Nimath slowly become a civil war between the two groups, eventually ending in the Azidae goddess Adione resigning her godly position to a human in order to save her people from going entirely extinct.
- Year 40 000
Deadrin has grown into a large region, and gathered power on a scale never seen before. Looking to do more than small-scale murders, the entirety of the region sets out on a murder rampage against anyone and everyone in their way.
Being a problem only to the Springwoods at first, the rest of the world realizes the worrying strength of the cult and are forced to unite their forces against the region. The entire overworld unites against the deadly cult, and after many gruesome years end up victorious as their god Itham is killed. The area of the Springwoods close to Deadrin together with a reluctant Crownhawk form an alliance to keep a close eye on the murderous region, wanting to make sure such a disaster never happens again.
- Year 60 000
Under the rule of their god Harlow, the overwater population of Nimath grows more and more greedy and full of themselves, starting to want to extend their borders further into the Springwoods. Seeking contact with the underwater civilization, the Springwoods form an alliance with the mermaids and azidae of Nimath to wage war against the upper part of Nimath and reclaim the region.
Eventually, the underwater population with the large support from the Springwoods stand victorious and once more the region is ruled by the people under the water. Nimath gets another man-chosen god, the Azidae king, and is the only region to have had three gods throughout their history.
- Year 80 000, Current day
Liren has unofficially become a region, located in the Deep forest of the Springwoods and home to the deadly sirens. Deadrin is silently rebuilding, still hoping to one day take over Aymenia. Nimath is more stable under the rule of King Ivian, the underwater and overwater communities trying to be more at peace with each other. Isakra and Mistpeak have formed an alliance due to the rising threats from the Darkreach mountains, who has started gaining more inhabitants. Suncrest and Crownhawk are still on each others nerves, but have stayed civil since the multi-regional war.
