At the highest peak of East Cirrana you’ll find a staircase wrapping around the thin mountain walls, leading up to a tall, astrological tower. The walls are made of white polished stone and are decorated with purple crystals delicately placed into the walls, reflecting the night sky onto the mountain walls and town beneath. Inside, the air is thick and feels otherworldly, as if the wind around you is trying to communicate in a language you cannot speak, yet still feel the weight of. This is the home of Rheon, the celestial Oracle of East Cirrana. Even when compared to her intricately crafted tower can Rheon’s presence be described as anything short of breathtaking - her skin vaguely translucent, a shade of deep purple decorated with an ever-moving night sky of starlight and shifting constellations. Here, in a captivating mix of patient study, absolute devotion and a unique connection to the heavens, she spends her years documenting and watching over the stars, and unveiling their secrets that no one else can make out. Though her devotion to Astreus has always been irrefutable, her disinterest in the dragons makes many locals uneasy, the norm placing their care for the dragons way above their cosmic interest. Whispered about in disdain in markets and temples alike, Rheon is a sensitive subject to bring up with the locals. Despite this, even her worst critics cannot trivialize her prophecies - her words carrying a heavy authenticity only someone who was truly blessed by Astreus could vocalize.
Appearance and Personality
Rheon is a celestial being, her silhouette closely resembling that of a human except for her legs, gently fading out into nothingness below her knees. Her skin is an ever-shifting shade of purple, with swirling and twinkling stars speckled across her skin the way most people carry freckles. They are seemingly not a reflection of the night sky, but rather of her closest environment where the stars represents the people and scenarios taking place around her. Additionally, atop her head floats two golden glorias. They both glow faintly just like the rest of her, and float up and down in sync with her breathing.
Rheon wears a white, short robe and has a black cape and hood with golden details. Though she does have a mouth, nose and eyes, they are barely visible as her starry purple skin overtake these features, further distancing her from regular people as they find her otherworldly and impossible to read.
