introduction
In the bustling streets of northeastern Erylion, you will find a potion store not quite like the others - slightly overgrown with moss and without any signs of advertisement, the hut is easily mistaken for the home of a naturalistic druid or a tired elder. Inside however, you will find the innovative alchemist Juno, specialized in making brews and potions for the most obscure problems. She has a very keen eye for unusual ingredients and how to utilize them, and more often than not she finds herself deep in the forests of the Springwoods and Nightwatch, standing eye to eye with foes she has neither the physical nor magical ability to fight off. More than once, she has returned home with her heart in her throat and clothes torn up from fleeing through the wilderness, yet her only concern will lie in wondering if she managed to pick up enough swampwither roots. Her brilliance sometimes hinders her in conversation with her customers, as she tends to forget they are not as well-read as herself. “Simply mix the extract with three drops of honey while the moon is at its highest standpoint. Any more and it will remember being alive”, she might mention without elaboration to a horrified customer, who dares not to ask for clarification. Are her potions meant to be alive? They would rather not know.
Appearance and Personality
Juno has immensely long, blue hair that she keeps in two ponytails tied up with beads at the ends. Around her neck she wears a simple necklace made of similar, smaller beads. Her eyes are dark brown and she has big, beige horns and tan skin. She is usually dressed in simple, neutral clothes to maintain a well-kept image as a seller, though when she is out hunting for ingredients she tends to also bring along her trusty black cloak.
Juno has never been particularly good with people, except the rare occasion of running into someone with a similar level of knowledge in her field. People are slightly horrified of her, yet always satisfied with their purchases and no one can question the results provided - she undoubtedly knows what she is doing, even if you certainly don't.
