If you’ve ever heard about Crownhawk’s performance art, you’ve heard about Azedra - an athletic performer whose burning passion for her craft knows no bounds as she throws herself over fiery pits and plays with everything dangerous she can think of to keep her crowd on the edge of their seats. The biggest thing however, which sets her apart from all the other talented performers, is the simple black blindfold she wears, or rather, the meaning that comes with it. In her teenage years, Azedra lost her sight in a terrible accident; though she refused to see this as the end of her career and dreams. She kept up her training, and Callan must’ve admired her resilience and passion for her art, for he blessed her with superhuman senses. Of course, this does not entirely negate her blindness, though during a performance you could absolutely think so - to the unknown person's eyes, she flies across the room with such grace and precision as if she could see not just perfectly, but somehow even better than those with sight. Her heightened senses grant her incredible speed, agility and strength, and her performances are always a mesmerizing display of her unique talent - seen by many to perfectly capture the essence of Crownhawk; the art of both the flair and the fight.
Appearance and Personality
Azedra has long, white hair, which she always keeps at least partly hanging loose - pigtails and such are common, but you’ll never find her entire hair in a braid or tight bun. The flowing long hair has become a trademark of her performances at this point, as most people keep it away for safety reasons, it’s one of the many ways she can be told apart from the masses. She always has her blindfold on when she’s around people, and she tends to dress in extravagant clothes to show off her status as a performer even when she is off-duty.
Azedra is a sweet but very dedicated girl, and she isn’t afraid to tell people off or redirect them to make sure that her performances become the best that they can. When she isn’t busy though, she is as sweet and excited as most artists of Crownhawk - always happy to chit chat, especially if you ask her about her art.
